Narrative Suspicion (1941):
Wealthy, sheltered Lina McLaidlaw is swept off her feet by charming ne'er-do-well Johnnie Aysgarth. Though warned that Johnnie is little more than a fortune hunter, Lina marries him anyway and remains loyal to her irresponsible husband as he plows his way from one disreputable business scheme to another. Gradually Lina comes to the conclusion that Johnnie intends to kill her in order to collect her inheritance. 1941 was a comedy vehicle for John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd Its loosely based on the socalled Battle of which actually occurred in February of 1942 when US Army antiaircraft artillery gunners fired off 30000 rounds of AA artillery shells at phantom enemy aircraft supposedly flying over Los Angeles in the early days of WW 2
